The private parking directs to the entrance level with an open-concept floor plan hosting the living area, dining room, ample kitchen and powder rooms, all leading out to the sprawling ocean view terrace with swimming pool. The staircase below the swimming pool leads to the professionally equipped, air-conditioned gym with a 65” TV. The upper level encompasses the three, private, air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, two hosting king beds and one hosting two queen beds.
Casa Loma is located in San Francisco, Riviera Nayarit, known to locals as San Pancho. Just a quick 50-minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and a 20-minute north of Punta de Mita; while situated in the Las Olas beachside gated community with beach access, private access to a tennis court and 24/7 security. At Casa Loma one will enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, a quick walk to the beach and an approximate five-minute walk to the center of San Pancho where one will find a wide variety of restaurants, mini grocery stores, gift shops and parks.

January 6 – December 19: $1,650 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum stay depending on the week
December 20 – January 5: $2,200 USD per night – 7 night minimum stay per holiday week
*Semana Santa 2025, April 11 – April 20, 2025: $2,200 USD – 7 night minimum stay per holiday week
*Semana Santa 2026, March 29 – April 4, 2026: $2,200 USD – 7 night minimum stay per holiday week
$1,500 USD refundable security deposit
