The Pancho Villa II is a two-level, tropical style villa located in the sought after Costa Azul residential area of San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. The hillside villa overlooks the beautiful mile-long, palm-lined, white sand beach of Playa San Francisco with views of the ocean, sunset and the mountains to the south. A fifty-yard, two-minute stroll down a cobblestone lane brings you onto the beach while a half-mile, twenty-minute walk takes you into the heart of the village of San Pancho.
The upper level of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area, laundry room and half-bathroom. Downstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have king-size beds which can be converted into two individual, twin beds for friends or family traveling together. Each of the bedrooms has a separate entrance from a different level patio, which allows privacy for all. Spacious terraces and a plunge pool provide ample space and enjoyment for outdoor living.

January 9 – April 30: $300 USD per night, $2,050 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – October 31: $245 USD per night, $1,650 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $300 USD per night, $2,050 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 – January 8: $2,500 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week
