Our Team:

Allison Rodriguez is our Office Manager and head of the Vacation Rental Division. Her mother, Caren Elkan, founded the company and Allison was honored to join the company in 2008 with her husband, Nathaniel. She is a CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a prestigious designation for commercial real estate and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with an active California Association Real Estate Salesperson License. She is a dedicated community member of San Pancho, devoted to connecting visitors and newcomers to support and keep San Pancho thriving.

Nathaniel Rodriguez is our Real Estate Broker and active AMPI associate (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals). He is a dual citizen of Mexico and the U.S.A, is fluent in both Spanish and English and has lived and worked extensively in both countries. He always looks to advance his education and experience in the real estate field in Mexico while running his business, raising his child and donating his time to teach martial arts.

Brittney Lopez is one of our top Real Estate and Vacation Rental Specialists. She fell in love with San Pancho’s coastal charm the moment she arrived and enjoys the lifestyle of living near the beach. Her background in customer service allows her to provide guests with attentive, personalized support, and since 2018 she has helped travelers from around the world enjoy unforgettable stays. Also, an active AMPI associate, Brittney is also growing her career in real estate. Her experience living and working in a coastal town gives her valuable insight as she helps families find their ideal vacation homes and seaside properties.

Antonio Chelen is our Vacation Rental Specialist and Social Media director. Born in Santiago, Chile, he finished his architectural studies there. He continued learning more about housing and sustainable living in the USA. He has been travelling for 12 years, working on projects, learning languages and experiencing different ways of living. Currently, he is living in San Pancho, developing housing projects and working at San Pancho Realty with an eye for details and life experience, ready to share his advice.

Linda Oregel, originally from Michoacán, is a real estate agent in steady professional growth, known for her clear communication and organized approach. She supports national and international clients with calm, practical guidance, drawing on her bilingual skills and understanding of both Mexican and international cultures. Her background in customer service complements her interpersonal abilities, while she continues to focus on strengthening her expertise in real estate.

David Solis, originally from Cuernavaca, earned a degree in language and is passionate about other cultures, literature, and art. He thrives in the outdoors, finding inspiration in nature and active living. With professional experience in administration and real estate in Puerto Vallarta, he now continues his work in this field in San Pancho.

Maitreya Maddy is originally from Oakland, California, and is currently a student while living here in San Pancho. He is passionate about art, music, and film. While working at San Pancho Realty, Maitreya loves connecting with people and using this as a base to take off from for his career.
