January 6 – December 19: $1,650 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum stay depending on the week
December 20 – January 5: $2,200 USD per night – 7 night minimum stay per holiday week

*Semana Santa 2025, April 11 – April 20, 2025: $2,200 USD – 7 night minimum stay per holiday week
*Semana Santa 2026, March 29 – April 4, 2026: $2,200 USD – 7 night minimum stay per holiday week

 $1,500 USD refundable security deposit

Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations
