Just a quick, three-minute drive down the hillside brings you to the main San Pancho, Nayarit beach and a five-minute drive will take you to the town center, where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, mini grocery stores, parks, community center, surf shops and local artisan gift shops.
This home is also available to rent as a three bedroom home without the casita as Casa Jungla Viva. The casita can be rented separately as Casita de Vidrio.

January 9 – April 30: $650 USD per night, $4,500 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
May 1 – September 30: $575 USD per night, $4,000 USD per week – 3 night minimum
October 1 – December 14: $650 USD per night, $4,500 USD per week – 5 night minimum
December 15 – January 8: $5,500 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday
$50 USD per guest, per night for up to 2 additional guests (10 guests total)
$500 USD security deposit required
Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations
Optional pool heating fee, $200 USD up to 7 days
