Estate Natura provides the perfect getaway with easy access around the area. Just a quick, three-minute drive down the hillside brings you to the main San Pancho, Nayarit beach and a five-minute drive will take you to the town center, where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, mini grocery stores, parks, community center, surf shops and local artisan gift shops.

This home is also available to rent as a three bedroom home without the casita as Casa Jungla Viva. The casita can be rented separately as Casita de Vidrio.

Until confirmed, rates and nightly minimums are subject to change without notice.

January 9 – April 30: $650 USD per night, $4,500 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
May 1 – September 30: $575 USD per night, $4,000 USD per week – 3 night minimum
October 1 – December 14: $650 USD per night, $4,500 USD per week – 5 night minimum
December 15 – January 8: $5,500 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday

$50 USD per guest, per night for up to 2 additional guests (10 guests total)

$500 USD security deposit required

Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations

Optional pool heating fee, $200 USD up to 7 days
