Entering the main home, one finds the fully equipped kitchen with sub-zero fridge and combined dining/living room area which all open out to the grand, beachfront pool terrace with outdoor dining, chaise lounges and covered living room seating area for full comfort along the beach. Also on the entry level lies an en suite king, beachfront bedroom.
The second level hosts the other three spacious en suite bedrooms, one ocean view, king, primary bedroom with terrace, the other ocean view, en suite king bedroom and a third en suite king bedroom that overlooks the garden patio with water feature.

When renting the home with fewer bedrooms:
- When reserving fewer rooms, this option will apply to the entire duration of stay.
- Bedrooms will be decided upon on arrival, all other bedrooms will remained closed for the duration of stay.
- The entire home will be available with the exception of the closed bedrooms.
- Fewer bedroom options are subject to approval depending on dates and length of stay.
- Fewer bedroom options are not available over the holidays, the full home must be rented.

January 9 – December 17: $3,000 USD – 5 to 7 night minimum stay depending on the week
December 18 – January 8: Unavailable over the holidays when entire house must be rented.
$1,500 USD security deposit required
