Location! Location! Location! Casa Xochitl, a traditional spanish-style three-bedroom home with a private detached casita, is located right in the heart of the sought after pueblo, San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit, just three blocks from the beach.
As you enter the property, you are immediately surrounded by the lush tropical garden and brick patio. A pathway leads to the main house, hosting indoor and outdoor living areas, a grand kitchen with breakfast bar, powder room, one king bedroom with shared full bathroom and an additional guest room with two twin beds. Continuing out back, you are greeted with an ample pool terrace with chaise lounges, outdoor dining area with a BBQ wet bar. Level two hosts the third en suite, principal bedroom and office.
Situated on a spacious, 828 square meter lot, Casa Xochitl is a private oasis with multiple areas to enjoy some private down time or come together as a larger group. The unique location provides accessibility to San Pancho’s culture, nightly music, great food, and community activities while a stroll down three short blocks leads to the San Francisco, Riviera Nayarit Beach!
Casa Xochitl hosts three bedrooms and is the primary home on the property. The studio apartment, Studio Xochitl can be on its own or with the main house as Casa Xochitl & Studio. Please keep in mind, if not rented together, the homes can be rented separately and may be occupied by other guests not in your party. The homes are private and separate from one another and only share the entrance and garden.

Detailed Rates
Until confirmed, rates and nightly minimums are subject to change without notice.
January 9 – April 15: $475 USD per night, $3,300 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum (depending on the dates)
April 16 – December 14: $450 USD per night, $3,100 USD per week – 3 to 5 night minimum (excluding major holidays)
December 15 – January 8: $625 USD per night, $4,375 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week
$50 USD per night per additional guest over 6, for up to 2 additional guests (8 guests total)
$500 USD refundable security deposit required
